Massage therapy is clinically-oriented healthcare, using manipulation of soft tissues to helps alleviate discomfort associated with muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
In my practice I will develop a treatment plan customized to each client’s needs and comfort level. I offer a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, static pressure and deep tissue, stretching and strengthening, percussion therapy, fascial manipulation and cupping.
I have been practicing for five years in a clinic setting alongside some of the area’s best allied health care professionals. I graduated with honours from Westervelt College’s Massage Therapy program in 2018.
